About AI Tutor Training

AI Tutor Training Ltd is a Bristol-based company that helps educators use artificial intelligence confidently, safely and responsibly. It was founded by course directors Sue Beer and Matt Searle, whose backgrounds are in teaching and technology.

AI Tutor Training is a CPD Group Approved Provider. Its AI Enabled Educator courses are Level 3, CPD-accredited and take around two to four hours. They cover practical AI tools for lesson planning, marking and assessment, alongside ethics, data privacy, bias and responsible use.

There are courses for core subjects, primary education, KS3 and KS4, further education and supporting SEND learners with ASC or ADHD. Each course is peer reviewed by UK qualified teachers.

The AI Tutor Training website brings its AI CPD courses together across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Courses can be browsed, bought and taken on any device, including mobile.

The Brief

AI Tutor Training needed more than a brochure website. The site had to sell courses, deliver them and award certificates, all without the team handling each enrolment by hand.

It also needed to reach two audiences: individual teachers and tutors buying a course for their own development, and schools or colleges buying training for whole staff teams.

And because the courses are about using AI responsibly, the website needed to feel credible and professional, so educators would trust it with their CPD.

The homepage builds that trust straight away, with the CPD Group Approved Provider badge in the header, feedback from educators who have completed the courses, and a Trusted By section showing schools that use them.

An Online Learning Platform Built on LearnDash

We built the website on WordPress with LearnDash, a dedicated learning management system, and set up the courses within it.

Each course has its own page explaining what it covers, who it's for, its learning outcomes and the price. Teachers can enrol and pay online and get instant access.

LearnDash then handles the learning experience:

• Lessons and topics that tick off as they're completed
• Progress shown on each learner's dashboard
• Quizzes and practical assignments
• Unlimited retakes of the final assessment
• A digital certificate to download on completion

Learners can return to their course at any time, on any device, at their own pace.

Built for Individuals and Organisations

The courses page presents the full range with clear pricing, so individual educators can compare courses and enrol in a couple of clicks.

A dedicated Organisations page speaks to schools and colleges. It makes the case for investing in AI training for staff, sets out bulk-purchase discounts from 10% to 40%, and includes a contact form to request a call back.

Clear Answers and Fresh Content

An FAQs page answers the common questions about the courses, technical support, payment and certificates before learners need to get in touch.

A blog keeps the site up to date with articles on AI in education, from the introduction of AI to the UK curriculum to using AI in home education, giving search engines a steady stream of relevant content.

Built in WordPress

The website is built in WordPress using Divi, so AI Tutor Training can add new courses, update content and publish blog posts as AI in education keeps changing.

The responsive design matters here because the courses themselves are designed to be taken on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
