About Accolade Support & Care
Accolade Support & Care is a local care provider offering personalised home care and support in Cheltenham and Bishop's Cleeve. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is a Gloucestershire County Council approved provider.
Its services include personal care, meal preparation, medication support, help getting out and about, domestic tasks and companionship, alongside specialist care for people living with dementia, multiple sclerosis or physical disabilities, care after a stroke, and palliative care at home. Packages range from hourly visits to 24-hour and live-in care.
From 2020 to 2024, Accolade was named one of the Top 20 Gloucestershire Care Providers by homecare.co.uk, four years in a row.

The Accolade Support & Care website presents its home care services across desktop, tablet and mobile.
The homepage introduces Accolade and gives families and job seekers clear routes from the top of the page.
Dedicated service pages explain each type of specialist care, such as dementia care, and what a support plan might include.
The Brief
Choosing home care for yourself or a loved one is a big decision, and it often has to be made quickly, after a diagnosis or ahead of a hospital discharge. Families need to understand what care is available, trust the people providing it and know what it will cost.
Accolade's website needed to give them that confidence, explaining each type of care clearly, showing the provider's credentials and making it easy to get in touch.
The website also had a second audience. As a growing care provider, Accolade needs to attract compassionate support workers, so the site had to work as a recruitment tool as well as a way to find new clients.
Two Audiences, One Website
Families and job seekers each have a clear route from the top of every page. The header carries three prominent buttons: Enquiry For Support, a click-to-call phone number, and Join Accolade Team.
Families can explore Accolade's services, its approach to care, the management team and testimonials, while job seekers go straight to a dedicated careers page covering training, culture, benefits and what the role really involves.
Dedicated Pages for Each Type of Care
Each specialist service has its own page:
- Domiciliary care
- Dementia care
- Palliative care
- Physical disabilities care
- Multiple sclerosis care
- After-stroke care
Each page explains the condition, how Accolade can help and what a personal support plan might include, so families can judge whether Accolade is right for them before they get in touch.
This also helps search. Each page can target the searches families actually make, such as dementia care or palliative care at home in Cheltenham, rather than one general page trying to cover everything.
Building Trust and Transparency
Honesty and transparency are central to how Accolade works, and the website reflects that.
- Live CQC rating: the official CQC widget shows Accolade's current rating and links to its latest inspection report.
- Independent reviews: a homecare.co.uk widget displays recent reviews and Accolade's review score.
- Awards and accreditations: the site shows Accolade's Top 20 awards, its Gloucestershire County Council approval and its other accreditations.
- Clear pricing: the FAQs page explains how arranging care works and shows Accolade's hourly rates, with no hidden costs.
- Real people: a Meet the Team page introduces the owner and care managers, and a gallery shows the team's fundraising and social events.
Recruiting Care Workers
The careers page sells Accolade as an employer, covering fully funded training, a supportive office team, local working in Cheltenham and Bishop's Cleeve, and staff rewards such as long-service awards and referral bonuses.
It also answers common questions from people new to care, such as whether you need experience, making it easier for people from outside the sector to apply.
Built in WordPress
The website runs on a custom WordPress theme, so Accolade can keep its services, team, vacancies and gallery up to date.
The responsive design means families can read about care, check reviews and call Accolade from their phones. That matters when care is often arranged in a hurry.
Hosting & Ongoing Support
Our work with Accolade didn't end when the website launched.
The Creative Den provides the website hosting and ongoing maintenance, and gives technical support as Accolade's services and team grow. We also manage the domain and business email Accolade relies on to communicate with clients, families and staff.
Having the website, hosting, domain and email with one provider gives Accolade a single point of contact when something needs changing.
The Result
Accolade Support & Care has a website that presents it as a trusted, transparent, award-winning care provider. Families can explore each type of care, check Accolade's CQC rating and independent reviews, see its prices and get in touch in a couple of clicks.
The same website supports Accolade's growth, giving prospective support workers a clear picture of what it's like to work there and a simple route to join the team.
